Heavy Forwarding is a Romanian freight forwarder, founded in 2023, built on 13+ years of work in road transport.
Experience
We started as carriers. We ran our own fleet and grew it from 1 to 10 trucks, and we drove HGVs in the UK.
Over those years we worked lanes across Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Western Europe and the UK, and handled customs between the EU and the UK, Turkey and Ukraine.
Today we organise transport instead of owning the trucks. We plan the load, choose the carrier, issue the transport order and follow the truck until the CMR is signed.
Dedicated projects
We run dedicated projects with daily loads on fixed lanes, such as solar panel deliveries from Belgian and Dutch ports to Denmark. That means trucks every day, loading slots to keep and unloading windows that can't be missed.
